How to Order

 

How do I add to the Shopping Cart?

You can add products to the shopping cart by by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. You will find the "Add to Cart" button on the homepage under "Specials" or once you click on a sub directory of "Cleaning Products". The "Add to Cart" button will take you straight to the "Shopping Cart" page unless that product has additional options such as size and colour. 

 

How do I specify how many items I want of that product?

To specify the quantity of the product, simply click on the image of the product you wish to purchase, then in the "Qty" field box type in your required amount. Then click on the "Add to Cart" Button. You can also change the quantity of a product in the "Shopping Cart" page. To do this simply type in your desired quantity under the "Qty" heading, then click on the "Update" button at the bottom.

 

How do I edit my items?

To edit your items, you can do this in the "Shopping Cart" page.  This can be done by adjusting the quantity of the item, or removing that item from the shopping cart by clicking on the red "X" button next to the quantity. You can also edit your items in the products page. Once you have clicked on an item you want to purchase, then having clicked on the "Continue Shopping" button, you will be returned to the page you were on previously. A mini cart will appear on the right hand screen where you can remove that item from the shopping cart.

 

How do I check out?  

To "Check Out", simply click on the "Add to Cart" button which will take you to the "Shopping Cart" page, you can then click on the "Check Out" button on the bottom of that page which will take you to the "Check Out" page. Once you have arrived at the "Check Out" page, follow the 6 steps on the screen.

Order Status

 

How do I know my Order has been received?

Once your order has been received by Oz Cleaning Supplies, you will receive a confirmation email to the address that you entered during the secure "Checkout" process. This email confirmation will include a receipt of your order. The following business day, we will prepare your order which will then be collected by our courier company to be sent off for delivery. A Tax Invoice will also be attached to the goods for your records. 

 

My Order has never arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us through the "Contact Us" page and we will follow up on your order and respond accordingly.

Delivery and Shipping

 

When will my product(s) be shipped out?

Your product will be shipped out the following business day unless your payment has not been cleared. In which case, the following business day after your payment has been cleared. 

 

How much is the delivery/shipping fee?

The shipping costs depends on which state the product(s) is delivered to. You will find out how much the shipping costs are in the "Check Out" page. Oz Cleaning Supplies offers free delivery for purchases over $250 to anywhere in Victoria. 

 

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

Not at this stage, Oz Cleaning Supplies only delivers from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9:00am to 5:00pm. However, you can order products online at Oz Cleaning Supplies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and your order will be processed the following business day.

 

Can I make changes to my Order?

Changes can be made to your order only if the request is made prior to your products leaving the warehouse for delivery. Please notify us immediately for any changes to your order in which a small processing fee will be incurred.

Refunds

 

I am not happy with the product, how do I get a refund?

Items that are purchased via this site may be refunded within 48 hours of delivery for any unopened product(s) only. All claims after this point will be rejected unless required by law. Refunds will not be given if you have supplied an incorrect delivery address and your product(s) did not arrive. To obtain a refund, you need to have an "RMA" number which will be issued to you from Oz Cleaning Supplies once you have correctly filled out the "Product Returns" form. The goods may be returned to the sender at the expense of the purchaser.

How do I create an Account?

To create an account, simply click on either the "Login" or "My Account" links on the top of the page, each of those pages will allow you to create an account by clicking on the "Continue" Button under Register Account. You can also create an account at the secure "Check Out" stage.

 

I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the "Forgotten Password" link in the account section. The link will guide you through the process of creating a new password.

The shopping cart uses 256bit Secure Socket Layer Protection. This is the highest level protection for Internet sales. The checkout encrypts all payment information when a small padlock appears. We also offer Paypal which has its own in-built buyer protection.

We offer payments via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and direct bank deposits.
