Oz Cleaning Supplies Terms and Conditions

Purchasing Options

ozcleaningsupplies.com.au is an online service. All orders can be placed via our web site. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you do not have a credit card you can post an order to us with a Money Order. The money order must be payable to ozcleaningsupplies.com.au. You must also include your name, address where you would like the goods sent, a daytime contact number, and which items and item quantities you would like.

If you have access to internet banking you can direct deposit into our account by contacting us for the relevant details. If you have a credit card but do not wih to purchase online, you can fax or email your order to us via our Order Form found on this site, or contact us by telephone. You must include the card holder's name, card number, type of credit card, expiry date, and 3 digit verification code, with the items and quantities you require, delivery address and a daytime contact number.

Pricing and Discounts

All prices displayed on ozcleaningsupplies.com.au already include any discounts available. No further discounts apply for customer orders. Prices are current as they are displayed and are subject to change at any time. If you have called us in the past to enquire about pricing, we do not guarantee those prices as they may have changed. You should check the website prior to placing your order for guaranteed pricing. All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Payments must also be made in Australian Dollars. Tax invoices are automatically generated when a purchase is made through our website, and sent via email to the "invoice" address provided when ordering online.

Periodically, our News and Specials pages, digital newsletter and subsequent paper-based advertisements may note temporary price changes prior to the update of individual product pages. In these situations, where the conditions of the advertised sale price are met, but are at variance with the listed price for the same item in our website’s catalog, the newly-advertised sale price will be honoured. The conditions of an advertised sale price include – but are not limited to – the date at which a purchase enquiry is made being both after the beginning of, and prior to the closing of an advertised sale period for a relevant item. Temporary sale prices will be honoured only during the relevant advertised sale period.

Delivery and Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in conjunction with consumer law.

This does not include any of the following reasons:

We will not refund for change of mind. As an act of good faith we will provide a credit less an administration fee of $10 once we receive the goods back. We will not pay for the goods to be sent back to us.

All responsibility for providing the correct delivery information lies with the purchaser. If you the customer provide an incorrect or invalid address, we will not refund where delivery cannot be made or goods are sent to the wrong address.  We are happy to re-send the goods for a further postage and handling fee. Goods can only be sent to a valid postal address, not post office boxes.

If you ordered the wrong item we are happy to exchange, although conditions do apply. If the goods are of the same value only a postage charge will apply. If the replacement goods are of lesser or greater value a postage charge will apply plus an administration fee of $10 to cover the credit card charge cost incurred by us. This amount will be deducted from the exchange value if the replacement goods are of lesser value. We will not pay for the goods to be sent back to us. We recommend that when sending goods back you insure your parcel and send it via a courier or Australia Post Express Post Service so that you can ensure we receive the parcel. We will not be held liable for goods that do not reach us. All parcels must be sent to: Oz Cleaning Supplies, 167 Cheltenham Road, Dandenong, Victora 3175.

If we have sent the wrong goods to you, we will send the correct item(s) or provide a refund, if required. We will, however, need to wait for the mistakenly-posted items to be returned to us prior to sending any replacement goods.

Non Delivery of Goods – If we have sent the goods and they have not arrived you must notify us within 3 business days of the estimated time of arrival. We will contact the shipping company. If they advise that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer we will require a statutory declaration advising that you have not received the parcel. Goods cannot be refunded or re-sent until we receive the statutory declaration. If the courier company service advises us that the goods have not be delivered, then the order will be re-sent at no charge to the customer to the same or different address which ever is more convenient to the customer. If the customer has provided a wrong or invalid address and Oz Cleaning Supplies bears no liability.

Note: Please allow a minimum of 5 business days after ordering for your items to be delivered.

Damaged Items – If an item you receive is damaged or in some way defective, Oz Cleaning Supplies will replace the item, upon return of the original item. Where an original replacement cannot be found, a replacement of comparable quality may be suggested. Where the price between the suggested replacement and original product varies, a refund of the price difference will be given where required. Where the price of the suggested replacement is higher than that of the originally purchased item, the monetary difference will be paid by the customer.

If you are not happy with the quality of the product you have been sent, a refund or exchange may be given. The item(s) must be returned to Oz Cleaning Supplies prior to the issuance of any refund.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory Legislation in Australia may confer rights and remedies on you in relation to the provision by Oz Cleaning Supplies of goods or services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified ("Non-excludable Rights"). Oz Cleaning Supplies does not exclude any Non-excludable Rights but does exclude all other conditions and warranties implied by custom, law or statute.

The aforementioned Non-Excludable Rights are:

1. All Content is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, save for those expressly stated in this document, or provided by manufacturers of products sold by Oz Cleaning Supplies

2. The aforemenioned manufacturer's warranties will be honoured by Oz Cleaning Supplies to the extent required by those manufacturers in serving as an agent for the sale and repair of their goods

3. You (and not Oz Cleaning Supplies) assume the entire cost of any necessary verification, maintenance, repair and/or correction of any errors related to your own or any other device used to access this site or its contents

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oz Cleaning Supplies' liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded is limited at the option of Oz Cleaning Supplies to the following:

Such consumer profles will remain the sole property of Oz Cleaning Supplies and will not be shared with any other party.
