In this statement "we" and "our" means Oz Cleaning Supplies and "you" and "your" means the person accessing this site.

Should you choose not to receive emails and promotional material, you may not receive special offers that may be of value to you. This option only applies to emails and mail outs of a promotional nature, as we may find it necessary to send you information relating to your account or order.

You can at anytime choose to change your personal details, and we request that you keep your details and information as current as possible. You should be aware that there might be risks associated with the transmission of information via the web and you should take steps to protect your personal information. Oz Cleaning Supplies uses state of the art encryption technology for transferring credit card data. The encryption technology used for this transfer is of the same level as the National Australia Bank online clearing system. In the unlikely event that you believe any unauthorised use of your credit card has occurred, please immediately notify us and contact your bank.

Your credit card will be debited at the time of ordering. All product prices are inclusive of GST.

Such material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means, without the express prior written consent of Oz Cleaning Supplies. Use of the materials on any other website or networked computer environment, or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of Oz Cleaning Supplies' copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited.

Like the MSDS, the Oz Cleaning Supplies online Order Form may be freely downloaded and distributed by anyone with the intention of conducting business with Oz Cleaning Supplies. Where this document is resubmitted to us, whether in digital or printed form, containing requests for products, services, and a client's personal and business information, it shall be deemed a private business contract between Oz Cleaning Supplies and the parties named within the document.

Disclosure of Information

Oz Cleaning Supplies will not disclose any personal information such as your name, address, email, telephone number to any person outside of the company, unless the customer has authorised us to do so or unless required by law to disclose such information. Furthermore, under no circumstances will Oz Cleaning Supplies sell or receive payments or services for disclosing a customer's personal information to any partner or external company.

Payments

If you are still uncomfortable purchasing online, there are other payment options available. You can call our experienced sales team between 8 am and 5:30 pm EST Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays from 8 am until 1 pm EST from within Australia on (03) 9794 0654 to arrange delivery. All phone orders will require written authorisation from the card holder either via fax, post or email. Alternatively you can fax your order, together with payment details, to (03) 9701 3207, or even use our Order Form to email or fax your order to us.

Three-digit Validation Code

When you order from ozcleaningsupplies.com.au, you will be asked for your credit card number and expiry date.  You will also be asked for a three digit validation code. The validation code is a three-digit number on the back of the card.  The code is a new feature, that provides merchants with an extra layer of verification, especially when you use your card to make purchases online, over the phone or via mail order.

The Code is Unique

The three-digit validation code is unique to your card.  It is not embossed, like your card number, or electronically saved in your card's magnetic strip, so it is very difficult for fraudsters to obtain the number electronically or from a card imprint.  When you provide the validation code to a merchant via the internet, over the phone or on a money order, the merchant has additional proof that you have the card in your possession when the transaction is made.

Where is the Code?

The code is printed on the signature panel on the back of your card.  The full number is quite long but you only need to provide the last three digits when requested.

Delivery

Please allow a minimum of five days for delivery in Capital Cities. Please note that the shipping costs are fixed at a base minimum of $12 AU for all purchases made through our website. Oz Cleaning Supplies may contact you to discuss additional postage costs resulting from the transport of goods that are very bulky, heavy or in some other manner require a higher postage fee. We strongly recommend that you check your postal address prior to finalising your order. Refunds will not be given if you supplied the wrong postal address. You will be charged courier costs if the parcel has to be resent due to an incorrect address being provided. When the purchases are sent to you they are at your own risk.

Refunds

Items purchased via this site may be refunded within 48 hours of delivery. All claims after this point will be rejected unless required by law. Refunds will not be given if you supplied the wrong postal address should your parcel not arrive. As we cannot distinguish the age of visitors accessing our website, our blanket privacy policy applies to all visitors. If a child has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, then this may be removed by emailing your requests. Should a child purchase an item without parental or guardian permission a refund will be given within 48 hours of delivery. Postage charges will be charged in this event.
